My wife and I first met Jeannie Wilson when we were in the market for a piece of property along Florida Scenic Highway 30A. We had owned a lot in Panama City Beach for several years but were looking to acquire property in the 30-A area. Our experience working with Jeannie was wonderful. Our second experience working with Jeannie came when we were ready to sell the piece of property we owned in Panama City Beach. After trying to sell this property on our own with no luck, we contacted Jeannie to see if she would be interested in listing it for us. Although this area was not in high demand, we needed to sell at a price that was higher than most of the lots in the area, so we discussed this with her and agreed on a price. In less than two months, she sold the lot for us at a price very close to what we were asking. When it sold, it was the highest priced lot that had sold in that area as of that date. This enabled us to begin building our beach house on the lot we had purchased from her along 30-A.

I would recommend Jeannie to anyone interested in buying or selling property. She has the winning combination, so hard to find in an agent, of being knowledgeable and professional while truly caring about her clients. My wife and I know from personal experience that she has the highest integrity and honesty, and we think of her as a valued friend. We can give her no higher compliment. Our lucky day was the day that we first called her.
